This method returns downloadable URLs for storage items in burstyai.com.

Comma-separated s3 object IDs used to fetch corresponding download URLs, e.g. for a s3 object ID as @url{xxx/yyy.jpg}@, the parameter value shall be xxx/yyy.jpg only, excluding @url{}@ is a must.
